These terms describe how STICHD AI works as an AI brand workspace: accounts, team roles, credits, prompts, uploads, generated outputs, model providers, billing, and responsible use.
Acceptance of terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of STICHD AI, including our website, early-access flows, accounts, AI brand workspace, prompt enhancement, image and video generation, collaboration tools, billing, APIs, and related services.
By creating an account, joining a waitlist, using a workspace, or otherwise accessing STICHD AI, you agree to these Terms. If you use STICHD AI for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
Workspace owners and admins are responsible for managing members, permissions, brand assets, billing choices, and use of generated content inside their organization.
Plans, credits, and billing
STICHD AI may offer free access, trials, subscriptions, credits, usage-based features, and enterprise plans. Plan limits, model availability, credit costs, and prices may vary by feature and may change over time.
If you buy a paid plan or credits, you authorize the applicable charges presented at checkout. Subscription fees may renew unless canceled according to the plan terms shown in the product or billing portal.
Credits, trials, and promotional allowances may expire, may be subject to usage limits, and are not cash equivalents unless required by law.
Your content
You are responsible for prompts, uploads, brand kits, reference images, campaign materials, comments, templates, and other content you submit to STICHD AI. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use and process that content.
You grant STICHD AI the permissions needed to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and transform your content to provide the service, operate AI workflows, support collaboration, secure the platform, and improve product reliability.
Generated outputs
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for a specific use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable third-party model terms, you may use generated outputs for your business or creative purposes. You remain responsible for ensuring your use does not violate laws or third-party rights.
Acceptable use
You may not use STICHD AI for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, privacy-invasive, or security-compromising activity.
You may not attempt to bypass usage limits, attack or disrupt the service, scrape or reverse engineer the platform outside permitted interfaces, misuse model providers, generate illegal content, or use STICHD AI to violate intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
Brand and platform ownership
STICHD AI and its software, product design, branding, logos, documentation, workflows, and service materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the STICHD AI platform or permission to copy, modify, resell, or build a competing service from non-public parts of STICHD AI.
Third-party services
STICHD AI relies on third-party providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payments, analytics, AI models, email, monitoring, and other infrastructure.
Some features may be subject to third-party terms, availability, model behavior, rate limits, safety systems, or outages. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Service changes and availability
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, models, plans, credit costs, or integrations. Beta and early-access features may change quickly and may not always work as expected.
STICHD AI is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STICHD AI is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STICHD AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to STICHD AI in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless the law requires otherwise.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using STICHD AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, fail to pay fees, or use the platform in a way that may harm users, providers, or STICHD AI.
After termination, your right to use the service ends. Certain provisions, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related terms, will continue as appropriate.
